For employers and EAP providers
Support mental healthcare without compromising employee privacy.
Explore opportunities to sponsor access to patient-centred care tools while maintaining strict separation between employer administration and confidential health information.
Planned — we're inviting conversations with employers and EAP providers ahead of launch.
Why this exists
Mental health affects people at work and beyond it. Support through an employer or employee assistance programme is often short-term, and what happens between and after sessions rarely connects to the rest of a person's care.
Synapse Cura aims to help sponsored support continue — with the person, not the employer, in control of their information.
What it offers
Sponsored access
PlannedOffer your people access to Synapse Cura's connected care tools as part of their benefits.
Continuity beyond the programme
PlannedThe person keeps their history and can carry it into longer-term care, instead of starting again when the programme ends.
A connected care team
PlannedEAP counsellors and the person's other professionals can coordinate, with the person's consent.
Anonymous, aggregate reporting only
PlannedUptake figures for the organisation, with minimum group sizes and opt-in. Never individual information.
Ready for the pilot: built and tested, in use once the pilot starts. In clinical review: built, and relied on only after our clinical adviser signs it off. Planned: direction, not yet available. What isn't done yet.
What an employer will never see
Who uses Synapse Cura, what they write, their diagnoses, medication or any individual health information. Sponsorship gives access; it never gives visibility.
Employer arrangements are being developed with Humanity in Business Solutions (HIBS).
Why it matters for patient outcomes
Support that continues beyond the appointment, owned by the person.
Our mission is to improve patient outcomes — an ambition we intend to demonstrate, not simply promise.
