If you create an account, we store what you and your care team record in Synapse Cura. You decide what each clinician sees, and you can see every time your record is opened. We don't sell data or show ads. The details are on the privacy & security page; requests about your data (including deletion) go through the Me page or info@humanityinbusiness.com.
